Our work, since our beginnings in 2012, hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Take a look at the industry recognition Coode has received over the years.

Best Medium Organisation for Business Culture

 Coode x No7 Beauty Company

No7 Beauty Company became a standalone business in 2020 and needed to unite an internationally dispersed leadership team behind a shared culture to support its growth strategy. With legacy cultures still in place and the business emerging from the pandemic, Coode partnered with the executive team over 12 months, using its DIPS methodology to build alignment, trust and collective leadership capability through workshops, coaching and behavioural reinforcement.

The programme embedded stronger team behaviours and decision-making, resulting in a 35% improvement in overall team effectiveness, with notable gains in alignment, accountability, communication and collaboration.

Leaders reported greater trust and more effective ways of working, while direct reports observed improved clarity and cohesion. This stronger leadership culture also contributed to increased revenue, market share and successful product launches, demonstrating a clear link between executive team alignment and business performance.

Best Medium Organisation for Business Culture

Coode x BMJ

BMJ partnered with Coode to strengthen its performance culture following the appointment of a new CEO in 2020. While the organisation had a strong values-driven heritage and global reputation, it wanted to improve execution by fostering greater accountability, challenge and decisiveness. Coode began with a comprehensive culture diagnostic involving 400+ employees, leadership interviews and focus groups, before defining a target culture – PACE (Purposeful, Ambitious, Collaborative and Energetic), and aligning the Executive Team through its DIPS leadership development methodology.

The programme combined executive team alignment with leadership development across the wider Strategic Leadership Team, embedding the behaviours needed to sustain cultural change. Results included significant improvements in executive team effectiveness, particularly in mutual support, accountability, decision-making and communication, alongside stronger leadership alignment and engagement across the organisation.

Leaders gained greater clarity about their role in driving change, while the business reported accelerated performance, above-market growth, increased innovation and a stronger leadership culture to support its long-term strategy.
